Ensure your clients have all the tools necessary (calendars, prompts, email reminders, text messages, ...) so they never miss a step in your courses or programs. Setting this up in a personal way, while still leveraging tools & technology will help automate these helpful measures at scale.
Audit feedback collected from clients and develop an optimization and continual improvement plan so you can improve client experience and results.
Map out your workflows & implement ways to optimize & streamline the work. Establish an internal ops handbook so you can have your team document all your processes achieve consistent service quality and client experiences.

We can accelerate your results if you already have an existing business (clients, service offerings, products, experience). If you don't already have an existing business, but you DO have at least 10 years of experience with a marketable skill set, that can work as well.

I have nearly two decades of experience across a variety of business types including service businesses (freelance, coaching, consulting, & agencies), e-commerce, manufacturing, and B2B wholesale.
Ability to pay for essential tools:
While we can keep our implementation strategy "lower" tech, some tech will likely be involved and not all of these tools are free. Essential tools may cost anywhere from $20 / month to $150 / month or have a per user fee structure.

Book a time to chat using the booking widget below. On this call we'll make sure we're a good fit to work together. If so, we'll schedule a 1-hour pre-intensive strategy call and the date for the intensive.
Step 2
I'll send you a payment link for a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
Step 3
Pay your deposit via credit card, wire or e-transfer.
Step 4
I'll send you an intake questionnaire (online form) to prepare for our pre-intensive strategy session.
Step 5
We meet via Zoom for the strategy session. We'll review and discuss your business. We'll dive deep into your goals, assess your assets, and create a prioritized list of objectives you’d like handled so we're clear and on the same page.
Step 6
Your intensive day is here! I'll work for 7 hours on the items we planned in the strategy session. Depending on what we're doing, you may be on Zoom with me throughout the day. You'll need to be available but won't necessarily need to be on Zoom the entire time.
Step 7
Post intensive support! For the next 14 days after the intensive, you'll have access to support via email, so you can get your questions answered.
I only have availability for 1 or 2 intensives per month so spaces are extremely limited.
